Once again, I am attempting to get in shape. And just like all the others, I’m hoping this actually works. This time, I am riding my bike in the daylight (using CardioTrainer), with a WiiFit Plus/EA Sports Active 2 combination after dark. So far it seems to be working well, but only time will tell.

My observations are that riding my bike down the trails around town, and around the fairgrounds, seems to be easier than doing the activity in my living room, but I believe that is because of air movement, and all the strength/stretching that my night workouts have.

What do you think? Any opinions or observations of your own?
